I bought this off of a guy in Vandergrift when I was living in Indiana.
As the photo shows, the top has seen better days. Sound quality is very good. Heavy unit, substantial iron.
Electrically the thing is peachy. VHF replaced a failed J-FET in late 2011. I just DeOxited the volume, balance, and tone control pots. I didn't see any leaky caps when I was in there.
I'll take $40 for it.

That thing sounded very good when I was using it, $40 is a great deal.

A quick google didn't turn up much.... how many watts/channel?

Ne'er mind ye... found it at 80W
-
Whoops... thanks Adam!
-
Pretty cool feature, it has selectable MM/MC for the phono section via a knob on the front.
-
What would the advantage of that button be? I know...I could google it....
-
Presumably for the fashionably lazy fellow who went to all the trouble of changing his TT from MM to MC, but forgets to change the frustratingly difficult switch on the back....

I'm just found one of these at the thrift. Relay clicks but unable to do any other testing at the moment. Hopefully it is a scroe. The web says good things about it.
