Title: Television repair
Post by: MacGeek on May 06, 2016, 09:14:49 AM
Can anyone recommend a high quality TV repair shop?  I have an 8 1/2 year old Samsung plasma monitor with picture issues.  While I suspect power supply problems, I really don't have a clue.

Perhaps this....

Don (pretty sure that's his name) has helped me out a couple of times on some very minor issues.  I never really had any item repaired there but he was extremely helpful with an issue I was having in building a tube amp.  He even sold me a part that I needed at a very fair price.

Thanks.  I'll give him a try.

I've heard other people say good things about him as well, though I've never used him.

I've heard people praise Donnie's tube amp repair skills.  It is a TV repair shop in name, so won't hurt to ask him if he works on plasma sets.
