I like grilling in the winter too.  I accompanied a friend to Costco today and must say the cranberry Costco had some of the best looking steaks and pork chops I've seen in a while.  I was impressed with the price as well. My friend is an amateur chef, and a very good one, and she swears by their meat department.

We like to get our meats at the Costco Waterfront.

I'm not much of a drinker, but enjoy having a beer while grilling in the summer. Haven't found the right beverage to grill with in the winter... open to suggestions.

Mead

Irwin has a new meadery in the downtown area since I moved away.  Think it is in main street.  Laurel Highlands Meadery.  Check them out.

Grilled some chops and country ham last night. Yummy! Around 42 and breezy down here in SC.
