Barbecue & Grilling Resource Site

Guys, I stumbled on this site recently.
I've found that it is a pretty useful resource about grilling. Lots of good information on there.
Everything from food preparation, to smoker/grill operation, and tips/tricks/tweaks.
I'm thinking about some of the mods for my silver smoker as I type this....  ::)

That is a good site.  I used his recomendations to which smoker I bought this summer.
