Family gathering here at the house.  My son, daughters, wife two brothers, sister in law and nephew.  Grilling burgers, dogs, some ribs, corn, baked beans.  Simple but hopefully a good time.

Sitting in my floaty, in the pool, listening to the EV speakers I have installed in the pool house. I built a Sonos play list and fire it up on shuffle mode and kick back and relax. I have plenty of beer and Cuban Coronas for the weekend.

Maybe a little bike (21 speed) ride in the morning, a little house work in the afternoon, then dinner with some friends & fireworks to cap it all off!   ;D

Hope you all have fun & safe event, no matter what you do!!!   ;)

gdv,

do you ride the roads or trails?   I am shopping for a used bike to trail ride.  I have a Trek 2300 for the roads but too many SUVs out there most of the time.  I don't like paying that much attention when I am riding.

Emp,
I ride trails, road, paths, grass, etc.

Mainly, trails and roads...  What is your price limit?  There are a lot of good deals on Craigslist, but many people are asking $200 for an $80 bike!  Are you familiar with decent trail bikes?  PM, should you wish to discuss further...

FYI, I always pay attention when I ride!  I've almost hit - deer, bunnies (not our Bunni!), fowl, snakes, etc.
