Yes we are at Watts Bar 2 on the polar crane deck then up on top of that scaffold we can touch the top of the dome with our hands.

The last time I was in unit 2 was in 1996, Unit 1 had just started up and TVA was starting to cannibalize some of the expensive pieces out of containment. I know that bought a lot of new equipment to replace the stuff that was scavenged.
