on my way UP
« on: March 29, 2011, 09:07:36 PM »
This is a sad night for several reasons -

Two days ago I was the proud owner of an exceptional beer tap I bought from Hong Kong a few years back.  Actually, I bought a small statue of a beauty about to sit on a toilet. I mounted her to a block and put "Recycled Beer" on the block.  I told visitors that keg was recycled beer - It was just exceptional !!!
The weight of it (after 4 years) swung the thing around and it broke because I did not tighten it well when I put in the keg of Noble Pills last week.

Also I just opened my last bottle of Torpedo IPA and that is hard to find around here.

Also, I have had the top bid for the last 8 days for Bob's Black Amps, but my $$ will not be able to keep them by morning.

Also, when my sweetheart broke, she opened the tap and about 12 gallons of beer pumped out without my glass to catch it.

So, I must be near bottom, near hell, and from here it is all UP.

I am getting excited about things improving !!!

I think you guys here will understand.

I should post this on Carver and compare --

You guys have something special.  It almost makes me wish I were a yank -> almost.

I will have several beers in your honor.  I had a bad gasket one time that killed a barrel of Troegenator I had just bought.  It's worse when you have to pump bad beer down the drain.  :'(

As the great philosopher Homer Simpson once said, “Here's to alcohol: the cause of, and solution to, all of life's problems.”

Hell NO - did not know it was running out or I would have cut it off.

On the plus side, I could haul that Kegerator up to Carverfest for the Friday night welcome.
(I have it fixed now)
