Hey Guys…
A little help with my aging Alzheimer/controlled substance abused brain.
Awhile back there was a post about a shop near the Burg that made custom speaker stands and other handcrafted wood products for audio. I copied the link, but f*$k if I can find it.

My friend just bought a pair of B&W 802Di’s and needs some maple platforms to rest these bad boys on.

I am confident that an SL-1200 is capable of outperforming turntables of much higher expense with minor modification.
