getting close

My preliminary living room set up.  The rack was made from three speaker cabinets.  There is still some work to be done, but it makes for a good pic.  The rundown:

Fairchild 412 Turntable with Empire tonearm
Melos MA-333 Preamplifier
Melos Max1 Tube Stage
Melos MA-333 Tube Phono Stage
Melos Max1 DAC
Melos MA-333 Power Supply
Melos 402 Gold Plus Series Monoblocks

Not pictured:  Melos CD Drive and no speakers yet.

I am confident that an SL-1200 is capable of outperforming turntables of much higher expense with minor modification.
