I don't know how it's going to turn out, BUT ? I'm going to make myself a nice 130 watt amp out of my MXR-130.
I was going to refurb the whole thing but I really don't need it as I'm Amp light and Pre heavy. My plans are to make this thing into a nice looking little amp.
If it goes as I expect I just may be in the market for more broken carver receivers ! It's going to be relatively simple as far as the guts go. The tough part will be the Chassis and face plate.
I'd love to make me a stack of these for my surround sound system.
While I have it apart I'd like to re-cap it but I can't find the caps. They are,
Rubycon CE69W 63v 10000 uF (M) Dummy Lug. Need 2 of them.
Rubycon CEW 42v 8200 uF prefer 105c. Need 2 of them.
I would really appreciate any help finding these.
