Bolivar model 64 speakers
« on: July 16, 2011, 03:15:21 PM »
A relative has a pair of Bolivar model 64 speakers they want to get rid of. All drivers seem sound and good surrounds, the cabinet has some wear (6/10) and has a pair of stands they said were factory.  If there is any interest I will get all the information.  I have no idea how much these are worth and some research said these were value priced JBL's.  I am up for any offers, I wont be offended by low offers.  They want to get rid of them and could use the cash.  Picture is off the internet.  Thank you, nick

The company was started by a JBL designer who was disappointed with the outrageous price of JBL speakers. Rather than letting the man get away, JBL allowed him to start his own company. It was situated in Bolivar, TN. They produced three speakers, the 64, 18, and 125. They were named after the three highways that ran through Bolivar. :-*

Tom, what is a fair asking price for these?
