I know this stuff may not be the fanciest high end home audio, but I think it sounds pretty damn good. Plus I love those big honkin' meters!!!
Here are a few pics of a couple pieces I just picked up. Onkyo M-508 amp and P-308 pre.

I am confident that an SL-1200 is capable of outperforming turntables of much higher expense with minor modification.

Nice score Ed!!   Where do you keep finding this stuff?

  I had the M-504 for awhile, pretty good amp with the right speakers.  Certainly pretty to look at.
They have the best looking meters!!

Thanks mike. Picked them up in Youngstown. Got a pair of beat up Heresy's I'm thinking about fixing up from the same guy.
