What the fudge?

I saw this on the CarverAudio site. It seems a guy that runs a shop down in Washington, PA called Hot Glass Audio is suing a tube distributor and several other companies claiming that he got mercury poisoning from vacuum tubes.

What was this guy doing, eating them? Seems like a shitty lawsuit. Maybe someone on here knows this guy/shop?

Hot Glass Audio has been mentioned many times on the site.

Well he works primarily on tube equipment, maybe he's just really sick of having customers? More for Tom and Anders i guess
