In excellent physical and working condition, comes with remote, box, manuals, packing and software. This was $5400 about 10 years ago, it is an amazing 5.1 processor and excellent 2 channel. The remote is a Philips Pronto universal touch screen (factory remote with CAL labeled on it) but it is easier to look up this way. I looked it up when I got it on audiogon bluebook and it looks to worth around $1k. $750, trades are welcomed but looking for tube amps (low powered <35w), power conditioners and a high end tonearm (SME, Grace and others in this realm) or MC cartridge.
