Just talked to Anders, about 8 or so tables set up, he's made some sales, and he's getting more repair work :)  He said it seems to be going pretty well!

A couple guys made a little cash. I came out with less money and the same amount of gear.
I am confident that an SL-1200 is capable of outperforming turntables of much higher expense with minor modification.

I sold my Acurus power amp, and traded a pair of speakers for an early 70's Scott Stereo master 348!!

All in all, a great time!

Just did some research and found the Scott 348 was from 1965.

I eyed that Fisher,  kept passing by it to check it out.  All I hear about Scotts from that tie is positive.  Please report on how it sounds.
