Month/Day?  Monthly?  Bimonthly?  Whenever I feel like it!   :P

I propose avoiding the july 4th weekend.   :o

I suggest early September, after the summer holiday and vacation season.  Make it a quarterly event (maybe suspending it during the middle of winter).
