Buttnugget, aka Dr.Smoke, is one of the best BBQ and all around greatest grillers I know.  Al and Tom you guys are great, but, I will have to say that  Dr.Smoke is the best.

When he goes to a NASCAR race with us I know we will be eating like kings!

I can't wait to read all of you that have great ideas on how to grill or smoke meat!  This will be a great thread!

I can agree that the Dr is better than Al and me. However, we are closing the gap to about 100 yards.  Al and I were the first to do grilled, smoked, Buffalo wing sauce ,cheese burgers that were phenomenal. Smoked Crab legs were also a hit.  Smoked bacon and eggs also rock.  The Doc also kills us on smoked wings.
