Actually, certain auction formats (price descending sealed-bid second price auctions) operate that way.

Cash? What's that?

I might pay cash for it. I might try to swindle a deal with some goodies that Tom may want.

Hmm...

Maybe after the first of the year unless third $80 takes it in the meantime.

Or we can do a trade, you give me that and $2500 for the Leak stuff.

Cleaned them up yesterday (amp had lots of noisy controls and the tuner needed a good cleaning).  Now the look and sound great.  Anyone interested in the cassette deck?   It's solid and all there, but Tom thinks it needs belts and based on the condition of the amp/tuner, it probably needs a good cleaning inside and out.
Mac stuff, Sony HDR-F1HD AM/FM/HD tuner, Denon DRS 810 cassette, Denon CDR-W1500 CD recorder, Music Hall MMF-9 w/B&O MMC2, B & O 4002 w/B & O 20 CL, Revox A-77
