We smoked a brisket last weekend. It was a cold day, but it turned out excellent.
Deb made pulled pork in the crock pot today. It turned out amazingly good.....and I am picky about pulled pork.

Steaks with fire roasted garlic and onions today. I'm thinking maybe pulled pork next weekend.

Crock pot is not even a close second to a smoker. Hands down a smoked pork shoulder will taste way better than a shoulder cooked in a Crock pot!.
