Goldring 1042 phono cartridge

In good working condition.  They sell for about $450 new.  Great MM cart, comes with box, manual, hardware and tools.  $200

That looks familiar  ;D... what happened to the table?
I am confident that an SL-1200 is capable of outperforming turntables of much higher expense with minor modification.

The table will be in the third system at the office.  No need for that good of a cartridge.  About how many hours are on it?

No idea on the hours. I got it with 200 hours. I put probably a thousand plus. I have no idea of the life expectancy of that needle. I'm guessing it's at about 1/4 gone.
