Free to good home: Channel Master 6000 integrated tube amp

First one to come and get it can have it for free.

No tubes included.  It runs a 5AR4/GZ34 rectifier, four EL84 power tubes, four 12AX7s and one 12AU7.

Did you recap it for me yet?  ;)

I think I'll let someone else have a crack at this one.

I have not done anything to it restoration-wise.  Will leave that for the new owner.  The two knobs not shown in the photos come with it too.  The shafts they go on are missing the washers, so they pop off when the face plate moves.  The washers hold the face plate in place.

I was kidding.   That's why I put the wink smiley there.   You have been great to me in all the ways you've helped me out.

I know you were kidding Mark.  Sorry if my response came across as if you were not.

Might have to withdraw this freebie offer.....polished up the faceplate, cleaned the knobs and found the missing nuts.

WOW!

That polished up real nice!  The chassis is rust free so this will be a gem for somebody who will recap this unit and plub in some tubes.

I've got a few missing nuts for you.

Looks great man. You should hang on to it.

OK, the restoration is on.  Placed the capacitor order a few minutes ago.  Free offer withdrawn.   ;D
