The "sled" is know by various terms.   Many Dual tables use a non standard coupling device to mount the cartridge to the arm.   Without the sled, the table (like the one I have) is all but useless.   At any rate, I'm guessing that does not have the same, because the 1005 appears to be from the mono era.   If that arm lifts up high enough, a shot of the cartridge area would tell me.

I'd say this TT uses a non-standard headshell connection, it kind of slides out the front of the arm.
