It is a sylvania, but it tests on the low side of good.  Yours for the price of the trip if you want it.

I recieved the new tube in yesterday and immediately threw it into the PH-1 and  HUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
during the song it sounds pretty good, between the songs however.... Humdimonium....
Moved cables, swapped TT's, nothing clears it up..
I have done some research and it appears that was normal for these models, but i believe it is more than the norm...
