I figured I'd do my intro. I've been lingering around chat for a while now.
My name's Adam, I live down in Morgantown. I'm an engineering student down at WVU, I got into vintage audio with some hand-me-downs from my father 3 years ago, been hooked ever since. I've repaired and refinished various speakers from refoaming to repairing crossovers to finding suitable replacements for vintage drivers. I just recently started into Vinyl, currently have a mediocre TT. I've built my own mains from scratch in my house, built my own subs, and even have fun with couch shakers for my 'theater' setup.
I love to rescue old gems from other students and the local community that would otherwise get trashed, and make them functional and looking good again.
It's been fun reading up on what you guys do here, there's a lot of good stuff floating around.
