Not sure what to do with this...

Got this from an estate sale, was in the basement for 30 years, so cosmetically was pretty rough, very yellow, lots of stains, etc.  Cleaned and polished it up and other than some expected nicks and things, it looks great.

It powers up, fm receiver works great, external speakers (Zenith Allegro's) work, TT powers on, all lights work. 

Turntable was spinning, making a clicking noise.  Was able to play a record, but the the headshell & stylus are shot, speed is off, sounded awful.  Turntable stopped spinning after the first time playing. 

Put it on FM, picks up channels great, speakers sound good for sitting in basement, probably would benefit from a recap. 

It sounds fine as garage stereo setup, but it just seems to nice looking to live outs its life out there, so wanted to see if anyone was interested in bringing this thing back to life.

If it was me, I wouldn't even fool with that table.   A BSR or even a Dual (but you would probably need at add a preamp for a regular cart) would likely drop right in there and then you would have something.   I'd find a high school kid who is wanting to get into vinyl and start them off right.
