ID these Advents

I thought my new Advents were Advent ones, but, upon researching replacement foam for the woofers, it appears they are 'The New Advent Loadspeaker" with Early Utility Cabinets? I think they will need a 10" foam surround?
thanks

Yes, I have seen that. And, from the front, the 'New Advent' utility and the "early version' of the Advent/1 appear identical. But I saw on the back, it says usually or (always?) lists 'Advent 1'

Emp, are you planing to do the surrounds yourself? I believe I have the same Advent woofer (in storage at home). In the next day or two I'll try and pull it out and measure the surround diameter... I believe those are the 9 - 1/2" foams that you will need...

Rick Cobb (looneytunes) on eBay has the correct surrounds. Advent surrounds are thin and loose. If you buy incorrect surrounds you will change the Fs
of the speaker. Google his name/advent . Your speakers look just like my New Large Advents (NLA) but in the utility cabinet. This Advent has a HUGE fun factor when it comes to just listening and enjoying music. One of my favorites.
