Drivers are all original, foams are good still. Grills have some structural issues internally, but they're on there and they look fine otherwise. There are plexiglass covers for the tops to protect them. Some pictures listed below.

Couldnt say how these sound, but I know the earlier series 1 and 2 from the 501 line werent bad at all.  Not a bad price if those sound the same, pretty decent speaker.
