Where is WPEP out of?   I was referring to QED 89.3.

WYEP is the sister station of WESA (formerly WDUQ at 90.5) and is at 91.3 on the FM dial.  They play a very eclectic assortment of music.  No compression.

WQED is another great station and has secondary HD channels (WYEP does not).  WESA is now mostly news/talk, but has a secondary HD channel that plays Jazz.

I love WYEP.   You wrote WPEP.   Since the discussion was classical, I thought maybe there was some low power college station playing classical.

WQED FM HD-1 is the same programming as analog WQED but is on their hybrid digital channel 1. WQED FM HD-2 is their hybrid digital channel 2 and all programming is the Pittsburgh Symphony Orch. Both channels have excellent classical programming. There are also a couple classical channels on Comcast Music Choice.

My Scott LT-110 tubed tuner is being rebuilt and alligned right now. No doubt a dumb investment, but it is the mate to my 222c amp and will sound so nice.

I WILL design and build a new, electrically-segmented ESL speaker this year.  It will have wood-lattice supported insulated copper wire stators.  It will have narrow and wide dispersion modes.  It will be visually stunning.
