RT is correct, Falcon's work, strangely he is doing the same work to another 8802 I just picked up. Recapped, rewired with 19 strain silver plated ofc copper and 4% Cardas silver solder throughout (about $65 in parts for upgrades, not including labor or woodwork). Nothing cheap in there. Sweet sounding amp and will power most speakers 88 db or higher just fine. Amazing with the right speaker for bi-amping.
AND, it does sound better than any Chinese piece of crap audio tube amp you can buy new for the same money.
