I got it adjusted properly but the travel hangs up. (It sticks). When I go to lower the arm it will start down, pause up to 30 seconds several mm above record service, and then lower all the way down. To replace the cueing cylinder is about $60 plus labor. It appears the tonearm needs to be removed from the plinth to accomplish this. It might also be possible to clean and relube the cylinder to correct the damping but it still needs to be removed from the tonearm assembly which doesn't look easy.
Any suggestions?
