Technics IC AN8290S for SLP1200 CD-player

Hi All,

I have a Technics CD-player that does not spin-up anymore.  Troubleshooting (exchanging parts with simular system) and internet learned me that the motor IC Technics AN8290S is defect.  Does anybody knows where I can buy this in all trust ?

Note that I have tried to buy this already 2 times in China & also paid!!!! ..But never received the parts or any answer anymore.  So China is not a solution.  I can not trust them anymore.  All tips are welcome!  Rgds,  Pieter
