I agree with Tom...I think that the Plats were bi-wire capable if my tired alcohol induced memory serves me as usual?????  :-\

The main difference between silver and plats are the plats have four 12" woofers each to the silver's 3 and the plats have a 60" ribbon to the silvers 48".
