Well, it's about time I guess...

My main system consists of a Carver C19 preamp (modded), Golden Tube SE 100 amplifier, Lafayette lt-81c tuner, Marantz DV8300 SACD player, and a MUSE DA20 USB DAC to connect my Dell Studio 1558 laptop to the mix. The turntable is a Denon that is not mine. I use my Sunfire TSEQ10 subwoofer with both sets of speakers I use downstairs: Sunfire CRM 2 speakers for my serious listening and the Elan THP650LS speakers for when I am playing pool.

I have a Home Theater system that consists of a Marantz SR 9300 Receiver, Mirage OM-9 tower speakers, Mirage-C2 center channel, and Mirage OM-R2 rears. I am giving serious thought to selling that system if anyone is interested. I also have an Onkyo receiver that supports HDMI. If anyone is interested I can take pictures of that too.

photobucket gives you full size pics. The system(s) look good.

I am confident that an SL-1200 is capable of outperforming turntables of much higher expense with minor modification.

I had all my stuff in a terrible setup but last night I decided I was motivated to reorganize all the furniture in the basement. 4 hours later I had it pretty much done. The first picture was my original setup.
These pictures will hopefully be less annoying.

Looks great. I did not realize how compact the CRM2s really are (never seen a pair up close). Nice rack! (I feel dirty writing that).

Thanks for the compliments guys! Put a decent amount of work into it but absolutely worth it. A good turntable and who knows, I might be completely satisfied with the setup for a few months.
