I'm curious if an intentionally distorted recording can cause problems. I know it's not the same as distortion caused by clipping, but I'm just wondering if distorted recordings are in any way hazardous to them there speekerz.
I am confident that an SL-1200 is capable of outperforming turntables of much higher expense with minor modification.
