Bring back the 80s for me
Slim-Shaddy:
I have a couple high end cassette decks that arent working. Both power up and act like they will do the job but neither will play tapes. If you feel like creating deck out of the 2 or repairing them both let me know. Your efforts won't go unrewarded ;). I got them cheap to sell on epay. I have a hunch I'll make a little more dough if they are working properly. They are EUMIG FL 1000s. Here's a couple pics.

All I need someone to do for me is either swap the "play motor from deck A to deck B or swap the capstan assembly from deck B to deck A. Please help. I'm not technically inclined enough to do the work myself. PM or call me at 814-490-2720 with any questions or cost for labor.

Slim-Shaddy:
anyone?

I don't know what brand those are but they look neat. Nobody today wants to touch cassettes. I’m convinced the format was the spawn of Satan. Seriously though the only cassette decks in any demand are very high end Nakamichi units.
Slim-Shaddy:
The decks were sold to a guy in Australia. $400 for the decks and $600 for shipping. $1000 for 2 broken decks!!!!!
