Just wanted to add to your auction about your sony speakers. I am the 1st to admit sony and other major japanese names has made some clunker speakers in their day but this model up for sale are some of sonys finest as i have owned a pair of the 870s for a number of years. You can be highly rewarded with japanese speakers if you know which ones to look for as there are some models out there that will blow ya away with quality and great sound at a super value $$$ wise. Have run numerous big vintage receivers like the pioneer sx-1250, marantz 2385 and sanasui g-9000 thru em and they just created superb sound and could take all the vintage wattage thrown at em as this pair of speakers will handle any vintage 70s 100wpc plus amp or receiver with ease. These are also 6 ohm speakers. I would recommend these speakers especially at this sellers very fair price as these were high end specimens when marketed years ago by sony as they really were trying to create some quality, regards crankitup
