?  I don't know where we went wrong in this relationship  .  Let's clarify Mark: I love old rock,  specially Pink Floyd and Santana  - you can never have enough copies of Dark Side of the Moon.   I like old and some new jazz,  and specially any big band (I am with Kenton on the the 30+ musician ensemble theory) like SK and Glen Miller. I also like all classical - except Opera (Turandot being among the  few exceptions). I am not a fan of Mexican music,  though Ryan insists on thinking Puerto Rico is a Mexican state and thinks I like mariachi music,  I don't. I am a fan of Cuban and Puerto Rican jazz.  I hope this calibrates my taste curve.

I love Dixieland. I have lots of Al Hirt specifically.

I may, but it's not in the pristine condition that I usually rip an album.   If I come to your place (maybe to work on a reel deck) before it finds a new home, I'll bring it to play while we work.

Carl gave me a copy of this record (he had an extra) and (after a few beers) I just listened to the entire thing somewhat intrigued by the strange music.   As I was putting it back in its sleeve I noticed it is a 45 rpm.  Now listening to it again, at normal speed.     Thanks Carl,  great jazz!

I have a small traffic jam of decks,  those three are really two Revox, one is for spares.  In the middle of recapping mine (about three more hours to go on that) and still trying to figure out why the other one refuses to pass the input signal to the record head on the left channel (I think I have been tinkering on that one for a year now).  Then there is my Tascam cassette deck underneath those three, waiting for a rewind issue check.  But,  mi casa es su casa. If you are nearby pop in and let's start looking at the misbehaving transport.
