Title: New freebee garage receiver
Post by: Reverend on January 23, 2010, 11:14:35 PM
Sorry for the phone pic.  My boss had this in his basement and was going to throw it out.  Pioneer SX-9000.  It needs some work, some pop/crackle ever once and awhile.  I cleaned it inside and out as good as I could but overall it sounds very decent.  Tones controls and reverb really make it come alive.  I think it's found a permanent place in my workshop setup.

Shweet.

Love old Pio stuff.  I had an SA-7700 integrated for a while and it was a tank.

I had a QX-949 that I wish I never got rid of.  That thing was a tank too.  Cool early quad technology.
