I just got a DSD remastered CD of the UK version of The Rolling Stones "AFTERMATH". It is actually a very nice recording .... ('course I am a Stones fan)

I think I've sufficiently covered the oppo/lexicon subject :D :D :D
I jumped on the HD-DVD camp, so I'm kindof in the market too.
I've been holding out since the hd player I have does a fine job
with my standard DVD's and I've been hoping for the HD disc prices
to come down before I dive in again.
Considering how good it is though, I Just might snap one up for myself.

Stone fans, if you have not heard it, run don't walk to the nearest store for "Stripped". Basically a live in studio greatest hits. Maybe the only Stones CD not to get any airplay in PGH.

I saw the Stones live a few years back around 1995 at the Police Olympics.
I went down near the stage, to watch, and behind the stage to see, helped them to their cars. (all had a separate limo)
Jagger is a real athlete. He is special. You don't get that way sitting on your ass, so the guy must work out like hell.
I won the 5k over all the Cops there easily as none of them trained on my level. In fact, the only guy there training on my level was MICK.
The guy ran up and down the stage props shouting at the top of his lungs. He did it all night. I would put his effort at the level of a 30 minute 10K runner. If you can't connect that, think Kobe running a basketball court all night. Mick might not have much of a vocal range, but he is an athlete.
I guess that is his only avenue to fame as Keith already proved that drugs don't actually kill. ;D

Side note, Jagger owned a Hafler DH 500. My pop sent his in for repair and while on the phone they told him. Pretty cool!!
