YAQIN MS-22B. I have one and it's pretty good. The only thing I have to compare it to is the phono preamp built into my preamps, but it beats those. (Emotiva usp & Onkyo a-9555 phono pre's) Also, i've compared it to the base model Music Hall solid state and I liked it better.

It's China gear and the tubes that come in it are cheap. I replaced them with a nice set and it made a difference. I noticed some bass extension and a warmer mid range when switching to the Yaqin. Not really sure where to get one but they are around for under $200. There are tons of reviews and mod info out there as well. Good luck in your search.

I realized a bit after I posted that I was probably going to get this response.  Something around the price of the Bellari posted above would be nice.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I will check them out.
