I just ordered my Atmos receiver (Onkyo TX-NR676) and now I need a pair of ceiling speakers. Since they are just for effect channels, I'm thinking smallish (5 1/4 - 8") should be fine. Monoprice has new ones for relatively cheap, but I thought maybe I could do better here before I go that route. A pair of B&Ws would be fabulous to try to voice match what I have, but I don't think it is critical for just "height" speakers. Any decent 8 ohm, 2 or 3 way should be fine. Please let me know what you are looking to get rid of. Thanks.

Mark,
Not sure if these will work for you, but...
I have some MCM 50-14020 ceiling speakers I never got around to installing... If these are an option, I am sure we can work out the details...
Let me know...

I was excited about the two tweeters until I realized those are single point stereo. Definitely not what I am looking for, but thanks for the offer.

Last call before I order some cheap pieces of crap on line.

Mark,
I have three pairs of Def Tech 6" 2-ways I pulled form my house before I moved. The are not necessarily ceiling speakers; I had them in the wall at ear height when standing.
I am not sure what if anything I might do with them in this house. But, if you have a need, then you may become their new home.

Do you have a model number? What do you want for a pair? PM if preferred. Thanks so much.
It would seem a shame to bust up a matched set of six.
