Selling a Denon DL-110 cart with less then 10 hours on it. Comes with original box, paperwork, holder, mounting kit, brush and weighted plate. High output MC so it can be used with a MM input too. Very good sounding cart, I was truly impressed by it. $100

Tempting. I wonder how it would compare to my Goldring 1042? Ron, don't you have the 1042? If so, have you tried the Denon?

Pending sale.

You are correct. I do use the 1042. I don't have any experience with the Denon DL110. Although I have thought about the DL103R. I heard it at Carl's and it sounded pretty darn good.

I can't recall if I had the DL-110 or the DL-160.
Ron, I would go for the D103R. There's a reason why the SoundSmith is modifying the Denon 103s and not the 304.
Hint: The 103 sounds a lot better.

I would hope the 103 sounds better at 3x the price or in the case of a 103R, 5x.
But, for the price, i think this is a great little cart.

Hi Rev!
Sorry to thread crap, I was talking about the 304 vs the 103, not the 110 :-* The 304 is about twice the price of a 103 but not as good a cart.
The 110 is a very nice cart for the coin. I am a big Denon fanboy O0

Where'd it end up? I wouldn't mind hearing what I missed out on!
I regret reading this as late as I did. :)
