Title: Mirage M890i speakerswap
Post by: Slim-Shaddy on January 26, 2010, 10:36:38 PM
What up homies?!?!? Anyone want to swap? So I've had this pair of speakers for about 8 years and I have absolutely no complaints. Just all around good sounding speakers. Lately I'm finding myself lusting over other speakers. I was curious if anyone would want to swap speakers with no strings attached. If either party decides the speakers aren't for them, swap back. These speakers are bipolar with a 5 1/4" woofer and 1" tweeter on both front and back. They are a ported design, bi-amp/wireable, and are full range down to about 38hz,handle 150rms, and reataled at $890 a pair. I'm looking for a pair of decent size speakers that are full range (I have no sub) and of similar value. Here's a pic (they are the tall black ones).

I have never listened to any mirage speakers. I'm game.

I'm sure you won't go for this, but I'll take a stab anyway... The ref cons? Stab 2: how about the funky ones sitting beside them?

You can grad the J vanL speakers and give them a try.
