I've did mine in the sink with ice and some cold water. I "roll em" about 1 minute, let set for another , and "roll em" again . Works pretty good! Beats burying in ice as explained the heat transfer is increased.  ;D ;D ;D

Yeah, we lovingly call it the beer "Toaster"  :P
