A few years ago I posted a topic about a black faced Carver C-4000 preamp. I was told I was crazy and have another beer.  Well, I am posting today to say I told ya!!!    I am not OCCD for nothing. :o :o :o :o :o :o :o

he could have had it listed locally and got a good price for it and ended the auction.

But....it is a different picture and this one has rack handles......doesn't look black to me either.  Maybe it is just the lighting in the picture.
