I had always heard that when mirror imaging speakers on their sides that you should put the tweeters to the outside. The reasoning is that tweeters respond faster than woofers (I actually have no idea if this is true) and so the imaging is better that way. It might be something to experiment with.
What is the Roland unit?

Thanks for the tip, I'll give that a try.
What is the Roland unit?
It's a JV-1080 Synth unit. I have it hooked up to a MIDI controller for playing keyboard.
