Title: Hello from Chicagoland...........

Thanks for the heads up Rainman.... ;D.....so a little about me......I've been a Union Commercial Carpenter for about 20 years now....I build high-rises in Chicago.....been interested in home audio since about the 8th grade......bitten by the Carver bug early on in 1988....always wanted a Carver system and lo and behold I finally have it......I'm running all Carver separates with LINN speakers......some of the things that take up my spare time is the NHRA, NHL and fly-fishing......newly married for the first time and gained 3 step-kids! ??? ??? ???.......I met Rainman by chance when I sold him my first 2 pieces of Carver gear and we've been best buds ever since....Thanks Tom...I'm looking forward to getting to know the whole bunch of you guys....

Saturday Audio Exchange on Belmont is a place similar to Tom's place....thats where I scored my LINN's for $600.....

Speaking of Tom, he told me he needs a pair of Linn's and he's right so we need to help him out with that. He's the first person I know of who is already suffering from the virus and hasn't even heard a proper set up yet.....
