Title: Sunfire 600 price

What is reasonable for a first edition. With powercord hardwired.
Signature sunfire 600 amp. ?  Your expertise is appreciated

Also is flannerys reliable at sunfire tuneups, as they say??

Used signature 600 2 ch. amp. Being sold for 2000 u.s. $
Fair price or bloated.  Amp in good condition.

Has it been recapped?  If not it is probably full of those horrible Paccom caps.  Factor is $250-300 to have it recapped and the bias V reset.  Price wise - the nearest alternative is the Emotiva XPR-2 at $1800 new w warranty.  I think it would sell for $2000 to the right Carver collector.  For a quicker sale I guess $1300 to 1500  would be more reasonable.  My 2  cents.

I wouldn't go over 1500, but I know people that would.  It really comes down to what it's worth to you.  To some people, time is money, so they'll just pay the 2k and call it a day.  I, however, would rather be patient and find it super cheap.  I'm sure someone has paid more than 2 grand for one in the past.
