Title: Tube tester
Post by: geoffr on December 28, 2022, 06:05:00 PM
Anyone know someone around the Pgh. area who owns a decent, calibrated, tube tester? If I were able to use it I would provide suitable recompense.

Bump

I actually just logged in to ask the same question.

Anybody?

I have a box of 30 or so tubes I'd love to grade.  12ax7's and 6L6

Thanx a bunch

I've got a couple tube testers that should be usable.   Not calibrated but you should be able to get an idea of tube condition.   I have a couple of supposedly brand new tubes from Upscale that I can test and see how close the reading matches their rating on the boxes.

PM me

Think he did live in FL for a while.  He lives in Amory, MS now is what I've been told.
