Hey everyone, new here.  just bought my stereo from tom, sounds incredible, thanks for the suggestions on what to get.  very impressed.

Sansui 5000
Yamaha cd player
pair of JBL82's

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you've got the beginnings of a solid system. Maybe throw up a few snapshots?
